Things to Consider When Filling out the Form:  If you use the "advanced" search options, you can be very specific about the type of property you are looking for; however, don't forget that the homes returned in your search must meet your criteria --- if you ask for a home with only a 3 car garage, you won't see the 2 car garage home that meets all of your other criteria. Depending on your sense of urgency, it may be better to leave the search fairly open and then sort out the results as you view them. On the other hand, I have some clients that have lots of time to wait for the perfect house so they may pick several criteria from each menu group! (You can pick more than one search criteria in each menu group by holding down the "Ctrl" key while selecting your choices using a "left mouse" click.)

This tool was intended to provide buyers with a user-friendly way to be proactively involved in finding their next best housing choice.
